Terms of use
Version: v3 · Effective from: 7/29/2026
This service lets an event host share event photos with guests through a temporary, hosted album. Guests upload directly; the host manages, moderates, and distributes access.
Operator and contact details: the service operator's business name, address, phone number, and email address appear in the footer of every page on this site. Any notice under these terms may be sent to those contact details.
Data responsibility: the event host is the controller of the uploaded photos. The operator holds and processes the photos on the host's behalf, solely to provide the service. Responsibility for obtaining guests' consent to being photographed and to having their photos uploaded rests solely with the event host: for upload, for privacy, for moderation, and for content removal requests.
Minors: responsibility for photographing and uploading photos of minors at an event rests solely with the event host. The service has no dedicated minor-detection mechanism.
Age limit: purchasing the service is permitted for persons aged 18 or older only. Participating in an album as a guest is not a purchase and requires no personal details.
Ordering and delivery: this is a digital service with immediate delivery. Before payment, a customer-details page is shown, and completing the purchase requires actively ticking a checkbox approving these terms (the checkbox is never pre-ticked). Once payment is completed the event is provisioned and the management, guest, and projector links are sent to the customer by email; there is no physical shipment. If the links do not arrive, contact the operator at the details in the footer and they will be re-sent.
Product liability and limitation of liability: the service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damage, nor for loss of profit, income, data or goodwill, arising from use of the service or from inability to use it. The operator's total liability under these terms is capped at the amount actually paid for the service, and is limited to the software components of the service only. The operator is not responsible for: internet reception quality, Wi-Fi, cellular network availability, projectors, screens, PA equipment, third-party equipment, vendor hardware, electrical faults, or network congestion at the event venue. The service is not an archival or backup service: photos are stored temporarily, for the purchased package's retention period only, and responsibility for keeping original copies of photos and for downloading the album before the retention period ends rests with the customer and the guests. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice. Nothing in this section derogates from liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law; where such law applies, liability is limited to the minimum extent that law permits.
Ownership and marketing use: uploaded photos belong to the customer and the guests who uploaded them. The operator receives only a limited license to store, display, and process the photos to provide the service. Using any photo for the operator's own marketing (for example, as a testimonial on the landing page) requires a separate, explicit, non-bundled consent from the relevant rights holder.
Cancellation and refunds: a cancellation notice must be given in writing to the contact details in the footer. The refund depends on when the cancellation is made, relative to the event date: more than 14 days before the event: a full refund. From 14 days and up to 7 days before the event: a full refund less the statutory cancellation fee under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981), which is the lower of 5 percent of the transaction price or ILS 100. From 7 days and up to 24 hours before the event: a refund of half the transaction price. Less than 24 hours before the event, or after the event has started: no refund. Once a cancellation is confirmed, the event's access links are revoked. A complaint raised after the event is handled as a service complaint, not as a cancellation. Nothing in this policy derogates from any mandatory cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations; where the law grants a broader right, the law prevails.
